It's about these court cases, not BBC.

By stopping other people from talking to the BBC about the allegations.

"Discussion", a word perhaps unfamiliar to members of Pilots for Truth due to that organisation's active discouragement of it, is defined by Mirriam-Webster as "consideration of a question in open and usually informal debate" or "a formal treatment of a topic in speech or writing". In this case it's clear from context that the first meaning is intended. "Debate", again selecting for context, is "a regulated discussion of a proposition between two matched sides". Since there are by necessity two sides in a debate, it is possible to stifle discussion by preventing either one of them from taking part. And since, by the very existence of the article to which you refer, the BBC is clearly attempting to participate in the discussion, it's clear to the meanest intelligence that the gagging order is therefore acting on someone other than the BBC, demonstrating that the thread title is not supported by its content.

The BBC is accused of foretelling the collapse of WTC 7 from a script they received from the US Government.

The same BBC is now supposedly reporting the US Government gagging order on them, while reporting about war profiteering.
