Threatening to withdraw from an armistice that ended the Korean war, in effect would resume a state of open warfare between the two Koreas and the US.
Surely, this hostile, UNILATERAL action by a tyranical communist regime will be bemoaned, and protested vigorously by the communists..er...I mean people of the world.
I expect to see massive protests over this any minute now.

Actually I would expect the US to threaten NK with war, as they did with Iraq. Why exactly aren't they? NK does almost everything, the US blames Iraq for: e.g possesion of WMDs, threatening it's neighbours AND the US with nuclear war.
Seems that the US are considering Iraq to be the greater threat.

All in due time my friend. I expect a backhand to the lunatic of Korea shortly after Iraq is annexed as the 51st State.

Are you serious? After all, according to this last weekend's protest organizers, WE'RE the cause of all sorrow and misery in the world. No one else could be at fault for the misery they find themselves in. Right?

You fools!!!
Canada and the US are states of Mexico!!!!
Well . . . at least it is better than the old "highway signs have secret marks for the UN tanks to follow when they invade" conspiracy theory.
Methinks N Korea wishes to milk the distraction for all it is worth. However, it knows that once the major figures start "lowering the boom"--sanctions--it is in serious straits.
This is trash talking, currently.
