Strictly speaking, pseudo-homeopathy would be something that resembles homeopathy but isn't homeopathy (just as pseudo-science resembles science but isn't science). It could be just as nonsensical as homeopathy though.
Not sure what Randi meant though without the link

Unlike most brands of woowooism, homeopathy is very systematic. There is a whole range of sects from fundy Hahnemannians who strictly follow the original scripture, to people who call strange electrical boxes for "homeopathic".
The original homepathy doctrine is strictly logic (if basically mistaken, as far as any scientific testing can establish), then the various sects veer either towards total idiocy, or into simple placebo.
