Notice near the end she finally comes out and says the VP is not a member of the legislative branch. I think the hesitation comes from having to answer without pissing on the Pres/VP who are in the same party.

To all those people who try to let Palin off the hook by claiming she's being asked "gotcha" questions, or there's deceitful editing going on by the bias MSM, please explain how this ignorant reply, to a FOX interviewer, can be excused away. Especially this part:

" ... The Vice President of course is not a member, or a part, of the legislative branch except to oversee the Senate. That alone provides a tremendous amount of flexibility and authority if that Vice President so chose to use it."

Maybe it was the wrong time of day for the interview? Maybe she was wearing the wrong outfit?
