Whats with the contradicting views of killing people.
Demos typically are ok with partial birth abortion, but then freak over the death penalty, but are ok with euthanisa.
Repubs: Want to kill every prisoner, want all abortion banned, shove the feeding tube backinto whatsher name.
Me. I say kill them all.

Its because republicans and democraps are both hypocrits. They both claim to uphold the constitution, support freedom and civil rights. But what they really stand for is pushing their view on everyone else.

No contradiction here. Abortion is not immoral because a developing fetus does not have the same rights as a sentient creature. Death penalty: the state has no right to take life in cold blood; when it does so, the citizenry are all accessories to murder. Euthanasia: all people have the right do decide when their life is no longer worth living; if they are not physically capable of ending their own life, their wishes should nonetheless be honored. End of story.

Obviously it isn't "End of story". If it were that obvious there would not be so much disagreement.

Not that it matters, but how is supporting the right to choose an abortion the same as "pushing" your views on everyone? You don't want an abortion, you don't get one, no one is forcing you to have one. The State isn't stepping in and making you have one.
I think the arguments over the death penalty are distinctly different: it is giving the STATE (as opposed to an individual choosing to abort a fetus) the power to take a life, and as has been amply demonstrated to do so in a most imperfect way.
No one "aborts" by mistake. It is a choice that is made and than made effective. There are numerous innocent people who have been executed by the state...and where not "innocent", than individuals deprived of competent representation.
While hypocracy does indeed exist in both "parties" -- I would note that support for one or the other is not cut and dry depending on party -- you are not making your case...[

Its not, that's not what I was saying.
