Evil spirits caught on photo

Just got home from a halloween party. Noticed this on one of the photos (taken with a digital camera). Have any ideas what it can be?

Looks like either smoke or a hair on the lens.

I'm not sure what you're referring to but if you mean the thing to the left it looks like the back of a triangular street sign on a pole.

I assumed the person was referring to the white thing in front of the triangular sign. Looks like a cursive letter "g" to me.

It's smoke, probably from the cigarette. Or, it's a strand of hair. What happens is, your digital camera probably has a "redeye" light (they don't always negate redeye, though) that turns on just before the flash. This illuminates mist, smoke, and such.

The orange light above their heads is a street lamp.

I'm refering to the smoke-like think to the left. But I'm fairly certain there was no one close smoking. I'm certain didn't have the red-eye feature on (pretty hard not to notice when it's on). The shapes look far too complex to be a hair(hairs).

The guy in the center has a lit cigarette in his hand. But I still think it's more likely a hair.

Seeing as im quite an authority on alcohol abuse....and not having any friends...

I'd say its three college frat' boys, who didnt get laid..and completely drunk...
