This is supposed to prevent that, but...

(And Democrats keep accusing Republicans of trashing the Constitution...:boggled::mad:)

Note that Chairman Miller said he would not support this idea.

Also note that "confiscation" is in actuality rolling the accounts over into a different kind of account. Not that involuntary roll-over will fly anyway.
