Now that we've got the real problems under control, it's time for a Constitutional amendment that will allow the US government to spend money on singing Christmas carols.

Lame. Almost as bad that the NeoCon "Night Before Christmas" poem my cousin sent me. Only benefit here is that it wasn't very long.
