I'm trying to figure out if I'm going to have the money to go...If I can split the hotel stay 50/50 with someone, I'll only need to come up with another $250, which is probably doable. I'd even split three ways with two other people as long as there's enough beds in the room.
Warning: I've been known to snore, and talk in my sleep. Just throw a pillow or something. :D
Anyone interested?

You can thank your maker that I can afford a room of my own. I wouldn't just stop at throwing a pillow, I'd probably smother you with it.... :D
Or, conversely, recite "communist" books whilst you were sleeping, thereby indoctrinating you into the True Communistic Faith!
POWER TO THE PEOPLE! :D
(You'd never get a moment's sleep, thereby eliminating the danger of you snoring...BUWAHAHAHAaaaaaaaaa.....)

For the first moment, I read "throw a pillory"... :D
Anyway, I am interested.
I donŽt really mind snoring. I have survived in hospital for four weeks with three heavy snorers, one of them with a serious apnoe (meaning he sounded like he was choking, eight hours straight).
However, I am rumored to snore a bit myself (never heard it, though).
So, well, we can share a room - IF you agree to do the registration. IŽll cover the costs of registration, if there are any, but you do the work.
Agreed?

Anyone else still looking for a roommate?
Nice, clean Belgian person, house trained. Only snores when others in the room snore, or so I've been told. (I echo-snore :))

I like Belgians. We have a tervuren who is house trained and doesn't snore. But he does trend to jump on our bed when der donner und blitzen comes.
