Has anyone ever heard of this Bill Northern (http://www.billnorthern.com/)? He claims to communicate with animals,

We are able to locate most animals when we are notified within 24 hours after they have gone missing. Looking for lost animals is a very draining exercise. This is probably why not many people like to do it. This is much like the hunting dog relying on the scent of the animal or bird or human it is looking for. It seems the trail dries up more and more with the passing of time.
Because most people have no idea of how difficult it is to do this accurately, we are now setting some ground rules.
for a nominal fee,
FEES
Our regular 20 minute reading is recommended in most cases because we are often during that time able to locate things that we might easily over look in a shorter scan.
20 minute reading is $90.00 USD
There will be times when you need the answer to a couple of questions. In this instance a 10 minute session should suffice.
Cost for this is $50.00 USD.
Extra minutes for both sessions are $5.00 each. (Probably less than your Lawyer or Doctor.)
If you wish to engage our services by the hour the fee is $275.00 per hour.
We can only do this about an hour a day as it is very draining.
We accept checks, Visa or MasterCard.

We learned to listen to animals through dowsing and that is the way we teach it today. A few times a year we decide to teach and this is our routine.
The class is from 10 am until 2 or 2:30 pm. The learning is fast paced, but at the end of the day you will be excited when you are able to do things that you probably had no idea you could do.
If you are interested in coming to Warsaw for lessons, please send us an E-mail letting us know your desires. We keep everyone's name on file and when we decide on a day we send everyone on our list a notice.
The first six to get back with us are the ones we accept for that date. We always ask our Angels again if this is your time to learn. The cost of the class is $300.00 U.S. Dollars with a $50.00 deposit.
