It is published in other papers,where a UK doctor states he cannot confirm the story as the boy isnt a NHS patient,and states cancers can sometimes become dormant only to flare back up.

So it's a story about a boy who receives chemotherapy, following which his tumours regress, and it's the alternative treatment that gets the credit?

To their credit, they do at least present the sceptical argument. More than you can usually say for them. The comments are as riven with failure as ever though.
