Stimulus or wishlist

What are the contents of this bill? I heard some of the money is going to buy a police department Harley Davidson motorcycles.

A good stimulus should be a wishlist. After all, a stimulus is about buying lots of things to get the economy moving. It would be stupid to buy things that aren't on somebody's wishlist.
