I was watching a re-run of the Daily Show (just now) and I heard a recording of Dick Cheney -- it would seem as if he more or less was talking about terrorists using a nuclear or biological weapon.

Anybody heard of this, and if so can anyone provide a recording or transcript?

It is rather disturbing the certainty which he says "now they got a nuclear bomb or some kind of biological agent"...
