Reliable PC Technician in NYC Who Provides Home Service?

Does anyone know (or happen to be) a reliable PC technician who provides home service in NYC? I'm having a lot of problems after moving my PC to connect it to an HDTV; Dell's tech support wants to wipe the hard drive and reinstall Windows but I think there has to be another solution. Any recommendations for someone who could come to my apartment and take a look at it would be much appreciated.
