Looking for information on a CT about a Russian Explorer who was rumored to have been Stalin's 'real' father.

Anyone every hear of it or know who this person was suppose to be?

Stalin's father was a Jew. Jugoshvili is Georgian for "son of a Jew". Didn't you know that?

Texe Mars claims that Stalin's father was a Russian Explorer Przhevalsky who was (cue ominous music) a Rotshchild. Any proof that Mars provides is self- referential and based only on the wish that it was true. I couldn't find the source of this rumor it is just too wierd.

Sorry. The above post is a little wrong. I was taking the stupid claim from memory. I looked it up in Texe Mars's book "Codex Majica" It couldn't have been Przhevalsky he was gay. Mars claims that Stalin's father could have been the guest of a local wealthy wine merchant Baron Edmond de Rothschild who may or may not have been in the area at the time of Stalin's conception. You can't prove it didn't happen.

Not sure if you're jesting or not but Stalin's father wasn't a jew, furthermore Jugoshvili does not mean "son of a jew" in Georgian (or in any language for that matter).

Yes, I am familiar with this particular claim concerning Stalin's alleged ancestry and have addressed it upon occasion. There are a lot of similar myths about Churchill and Eisenhower too, e.g on alleged jewish ancestry.

But USSR hated jews? It is true that Stalin first supported Israel but strangely he became very anti-semitic. The Doctor"s plot where Stalin claimed that zionist jewish doctors were trying to poison the leaders of the USSR. :D

Neo-nazis also claim the the USSR was pro-jewish but it just does not make any sense. It seems USSR did everything to destroy Israel. Stalin in his older days hated jews.

In the book Stalin Russia's Man Of Steel by Albert Marrin, he talks about this 'explorer' unfortunately I dont have the book with me to check. But from memory Albert didn't place much store in the story though he did mention the supposed man's name

I used to have a patron who would try to prove this to a co-worker on a daily basis, the whole son of a Jew thing.

It got old really, really, fast.
