View Full Version : Conspiracy Theory: Agents of the Fed Reserve decided to destroy Jim Cramer

As you've probably heard, the recent Stewart v. Cramer (http://onegoodmove.org/1gm/1gmarchive/2009/03/criminal_cramer.html) feud has resulted in the total assassination of Cramer's reputation.
But why Cramer? And why now?
The right-wing woos are convinced that Stewart attacked Cramer because Cramer in turn attacked Obama. For example, O'Reilly assumes that the left is getting revenge on Cramer via proxy.
This delusion got me to thinking: who else is on Cramer's enemies list? Who has a lot of influence, and a motive to destroy Cramer? And then it dawned on me- why, it must be the FEDERAL RESERVE.
"Evidence":
Cramer & Ron Paul (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8teEHdCrFqE)
Cramer v. Bernanke (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rOVXh4xM-Ww)
Obviously, agents of the (flash) FEDERAL RESERVE (thunderclap) have been biding their time, waiting for the perfect opportunity to thwart the heroic Cramer, and his quest to challenge the Fed.

Any actual evidence? For instance, why should we believe that anyone has influenced Stewart?

Doc- put on your CT hat and think this through-
This is way bigger than Stewart. This feud was all over the media this week. People who've never watched "Mad Money" or "The Daily Show" are talking about this. Even assuming Stewart is totally legit, that fails to explain why (flash) THE MEDIA (thunderclap) have all been pushing this story.
And who runs the MEDIA? The alien lizards. And who handles the alien lizard's investment banking? Cronies of the FEDERAL RESERVE. Open your eyes- the writing is on the wall.
If you insist on sticking to reality, this thread is never going to go anywhere.

Really? There is no doubt that the dumb masses which need a target for their populist hysteria and stupidity bought it, but I'd hardly call it an "assassination of Cramer's reputation." Cramer is entertainment, anyone who took him seriously and actually bought/sold stocks based on his advice deserved to lose every dime. He has performed no worse than the doom and gloom mongers that the media is currently orgasmic over (Peter Schiff, anyone?) but because hes an optimist he has become a target for the populist rage.
The Daily Show is a left-wing political show. I watch it nearly every day, its so hysterically left-wing its kind of frightening. Media is biased, this bias is not a conspiracy. The writers know their audience and know lampooning the left doesn't get them the ratings because the left constitutes most of the people to watch the show.
The federal reserve component, of course, would be and is Grade A conspiracy insanity.

The Cameo in "Iron Man" is the only thing Kramer ever did I really liked.

I kind of think of Jon Stewart as a comedy show that happens to portray the news quite well.
It's still a comedy show. Oddly they generally by in large *are* more reliable than most news stations, but it's still a comedy show.

An incredibly amusing truth.
