Link: [10 Questions from Liberty University Exams (http://www.mentalfloss.com/blogs/archives/23834)]

Excerpt: I put together a short test based on the easier questions I had to answer in my Liberty classes, which included Old Testament, New Testament, Theology, Evangelism 101, and History of Life (young-earth creationism). I hope you have fun testing your Bible knowledge.

Wow. Crazytown.

1. True or False: Absolute truth depends on each person’s interpretation.

One of the most hotly debate topics in philosphy since before Christianity was even created is a true false question? :eye-poppi

2. Which of the following is NOT true about a Christian worldview?

a) It evolves with a changing society.
b) It is based on God’s unchanging nature.
c) It allows us to discern what is true and right and good and discard the rest.
d) It includes “gray areas,” issues on which Christians may reasonably disagree.

The "correct" answer is A, yet that's logically incompatible with B. How?

3. True or False: Evolution can be tested in a laboratory.

Let me guess, it's "false?" I take it they never raised D. Malanagaser.

4. True or False: Microevolution, or small-scale change within a “kind,” is observable in nature.

Microevolution = macroevolution. There's no distinction is science.

5. According to Acts 20:21, which two things are necessary for salvation?
a. Repentance and faith
b. Sorrow and guilt
c. Joy and release
d. Bible study and baptism

It's A, and yet that contradicts other places where you merely need to accept Jesus as your lord and savior and voila, magical ticket to caketown in the sky.

6. True or False: Romans 10:9-10 teaches that we have to believe in the Resurrection of Christ to be saved.

Hmm, duh.

7. Which of the following are results of salvation?

A. Peace with God.
B. The beginning of true spiritual development.
C. The withholding of God’s just wrath upon us.
D. All of the above.

D? And let me guss, when faithful people get horrible disease, he's being mysterious, and the same applies when unbelievers have a good time.

8. True or False: The “Romans Road” technique is the only acceptable method of personal evangelism.

This has an objective answer? Based on that?

9. Who betrayed Samson to the Philistines?
A. Gideon
B. Samuel
C. Delilah
D. Othniel

Delilah, and good thing she did. He was a **** homicidal maniac.

10. Nebuchadnezzar was the king of which city?

A. Canaan
B. Jericho
C. Jerusalem
D. Babylon

D, again duh.

This university is supposed to be difficult? I guess the hard part is all the mental gymnastics it takes to deal with the inconsistency and dementia.

So what are the gray areas in question two? The number of angels who can dance on a pin-head? Which avatar of god can beat Spiderman in hand-to-hand? Whither masturbation - since that wasn't what Onan did, but it's what the later whack-offs blamed him for? National Enquirer minds want to KNOW!!!

How about "After Jesus was entombed, who went to the tomb, what did they find there, and where did Jesus go afterward?" You'd think the central miracle of Christianity would have a consistent story.

Not going to get into the whole test thing, just wanted to correct a couple of minor issue.
The "correct" answer is A, yet that's logically incompatible with B. How?

How is it logically incompatible? I'm not seeing it.

It's A, and yet that contradicts other places where you merely need to accept Jesus as your lord and savior and voila, magical ticket to caketown in the sky.

No contradiction, just a semantic quibble. The two are one and the same.

D? And let me guss, when faithful people get horrible disease, he's being mysterious, and the same applies when unbelievers have a good time.

No, the answer is far more complex; probably too complex for the rabid fundie mindset.

This has an objective answer? Based on that?

I was raised Christian, and this has to be the first time I've ever heard of the "Romans Road" thing. I had to look it up on Google. Grossly oversimplified like everything else on this test.

Delilah, and good thing she did. He was a **** homicidal maniac. Not to mention terminally stupid...

D: What's the secret of your strength? How can I make you weak?

S: Bind me with undried bowstrings!

D: (Binds him with undried bowstrings)

S: Haha! I lied!

D: Oh silly me. How can I really make you weak?

S: Okay. You need to tie me with new rope!

D: (Ties him with new rope)

S: Haha! I lied!

D: Oh you. Tell me the truth now. How can I make you weak?

S: Okay. Sorry. You need to weave my hair into the loom.

D: (weaves his hair into the loom)

S: Haha! I lied!

D: Oh I hate you! Come on, please tell me how I can make you weak.
Pleeeease?

S: Oh, okay. Cut my hair.

D: (cuts his hair)

S: Oh, cruel betrayal! This is SO unexpected! Aaah, my eyes!
