Where were all the Iraqi peace protesters (http://www.frontpagemag.com/Articles/ReadArticle.asp?ID=6271) as millions marched in Europe?
Where are the Iraq peace protesters?!?
Perhaps they were writing letters like this one in the article:
''Saddam rules Iraq using fear; he regularly imprisons, executes, and tortures large numbers of people for no reason whatsoever,'' she wrote. ''Believe me, you will be hard-pressed to find a single family in Iraq which has not had a son/father/brother killed, imprisoned, tortured, and/or `disappeared' due to Saddam's regime. What then has been stopping you from taking to the streets to protest against such blatant crimes against humanity in the past?... I have attended the permanent rally against Saddam that has been held every Saturday in Trafalgar Square for the past five years. The Iraqi people have been protesting for years against the war - the war that Saddam has waged against them. Where have you been?''--end quote.
I agree. Where has Europe been, and where are they now?

Well I spoke to some in London during the march actually and they were very happy that people were protesting.

I do believe I have seen a government sponsored "don't attack Iraq" demonstration or two in Iraq on the news....

Come JK, have just a bit of focus.
He said that he saw the Iraqis in London.
London, not Iraq.
OK? Do you understand now?
They were in London, and London is not in Iraq.
I hope this helps!

Well,
if you takle a look at the globe, Europe stretches a bit to the right and a bit to the left from the 0 meridian. It did the last time I checked and I think it still does right now.
To put it differently, it's about in the middle of everything.

Be careful ZG! Explaining mathematical concepts to JK can be tough.
I think he still has trouble with his fractions.

In that case I should add that he has to look at the northern hemissphere of course. In other words, the top.

You guys are missing the important point of the article. While millions of leftists march (organized by communists) all over the world against invading Iraq and ousting Saddam Hussein, no one has asked the Iraqi people what they want.
If they don't want to be freed, why aren't they marching in the streets of Iraq demanding they be kept in slavery? (with the full support of European apologists, except Britain, of course).

They are practicing "duck and cover" since you so heartily wish them this...

Hmmm. Who designed the meridian system so that Europe would be "in the middle of everything?" :D
The Chinese call their country "Chung Kuo," which means "the middle of the earth."
So somebody's wrong....

Actually it stretches quite a bit more to the right than to the left of that meridian. Quite opposite to its political alignment. Maybe my Aussie physics prof had it right. The map he had in his office had south on the top and Australia centered east/west.

Must have something to do with Intelligent Design. Similar to the metric system :D
