Found this (http://www.americanfreepress.net/html/911architectsfortruth_32509.html) while surfing around. Nothing of interest to anyone who already knows Gage's M.O. I, for one, was really surprised to read that Gage's projects "dot the California landscape" and that therm*te can be either an incendiary or a powerful, yet silent, explosive depending on the application. You really can have it both ways if, if you truly believe. :boggled:

I looked at the URL and didn't bother.
Then I thought, "Foolmewunz, that's just down right bigoted of you to not click on a racist holocaust denying anti-semitic site that our professional architect for truth is written up on."
So I took a look, and it's not a mere write up, folks. Why, it's an in-ter-view! Does Gage, a purportedly educated man, not know who he's being featured by?

I think he knew very well what sort of critter he was talking too. But does that matter to a sociopath?
I have long held that the Bacon Factor from any twoofer to a full-stench Nazi is never more than three.
Thank you for helping me prove that theory, Gage...

I just read the title, then I stopped as it is a blatant lie and an argument from authority.
However, it shows one or two things that are missing from your 9/11 Crackpot Index. I think it would be a good idea to add:
Jet fuel couldn't have melted the steel.
Misrepresentation of own expertise.
Freefall / near freefall speed.
Pulverized concrete implies explosives [1].
Symmetrical collapse.
Most of the debris was ejected [2].
Reports of explosions [1].
Missing debris.
No crime scene investigation.
Any reference to "a cave in Afghanistan".
[1] Bonus points for mentioning either of these at the same time as claiming that thermite was the means of demolition.
[2] Bonus points for mentioning this alongside a claim that the towers fell neatly into their own footprints.
There's an instance of "The photos don't reveal the presence of..." implying absence, but I've chosen to claim this as an example of "After zooming we're seeing that PQRS".
I got a score of 52 for Gage from this article alone. I think he deserves better.

I can't help but to wonder if ae911troof is taking off in a new direction and Gage can add "holocaust denying anti-Semite Neo-Nazi scumbag to his credentials. ae911troof links to the AFP article so maybe we are seeing the first steps in that direction?
It would also be very interesting to know what Gage's sustaining members and the AIA think of this potential development.

Available right this very minute on the AE911Truth website (http://www.ae911truth.net/ppt_web/slides/jpg_672x504/Slide604.PNG.jpg). It's not one that pops up in their "online" slideshow application -- the slideshow appears to end and then takes you back to the beginning before this slide appears.
But there are about 11 full slides after the "end" of the presentation, and they are all about like this one. These also don't show up in the DVD presentations of the AE911Truth talk.
It's like these are for those moments after the talk, when Gage is chatting with people off the record, and the subject comes up. He's got these slides available to do an impromptu "encore."
And who do you think bin Laden means to cast as the uber-villains of 9/11 in that quote, so helpfully bolded by AE911Truth?

Nice find!
Anyone have any idea if this open association with AFP might have anything to do with Gage's inability to raise the paltry few thousand bucks he needs to man his booth at Sfo?
One of the things the LCF lads found out is that the real "loose" money for insane causes is quite often on the obscenely far right. If you chase the almighty dollar, pretty soon you find yourself having to decide whether to put up with their misogyny, hatred, and racism. (LCF ultimately chose to look the other way - I think only IVXX, if that was his name, even took a stand against the neo-nazis. Jason and his flankers just shut up and accepted the lame excuses and denials.)

I take that back. I got a partial response from some underling. I am trying to get an actual response from Gage before I do up a blog post on it, but this concluding line from the e-mail left me stunned:
There was a time not too long ago when talking to black men and women was considered dangerous and illconsidered for proper white folks. Oh to lable [sic] the other side.
So now I guess the truth movement considers Holocaust deniers to be an oppressed minority.

I monitor the major "Truth" forums and if there's been any significant backlash against Gage for any of his numerous blunders, I haven't seen it (other than from the no-planers). Indeed, I would say there's more concern about Griffin because he continues to push the no big Boeing at the Pentagon theory in his talks.

A couple of clarifications:
Freefall / near freefall speed. already exists (first line :xtongue)
You didn't think I actually read that, did you? ;)
Most of the debris was ejected [2]. not added. You mean the debris at the WTC?
I mean the "95% of the debris was ejected from the towers during the collapse" quote. I think you already covered the "missing debris" fantasy.
[1] Bonus points for mentioning either of these at the same time as claiming that thermite was the means of demolition. already exists ("therm*te")
[2] Bonus points for mentioning this alongside a claim that the towers fell neatly into their own footprints. already exists
Is that implicit in the marking scheme? The point is that there should be extra credit for (1) claiming both explosives and thermite at the same time, and (2) simultaneously claiming that (a) the towers fell neatly into their own footprint and (b) >90% of the debris was ejected during the collapse. As twinstead would put it, internally inconsistent theories rock!

Gage refuses to give anyone a second chance. If anyone lets slip a silly comment like "the building exploded like a control demolition" and then write to him saying that ae911tm are taking the comment completely out of context. Then Gage says, what people say the first time is the truth.
Simon Wiesenthal Center got it right the first time. Ae911truth are an internet subverersive group. They are not interested in truth and clearly they have no qualms about lieing, cherry picking and manipulating facts to achieve their end.

Ya know, it's hard to get to the video because I keep cracking up laughing because before Gage's self-congratulatory BS, there's this letter from David Ray Griffin pan-handling for spare change so that NYCCAN will be able to hire a lawyer. Why doesn't DRG just give them the money. A retainer for the bestest election lawyer in all trooferdom wouldn't be more than five to ten thousand dollars. And the hearing is TODAY!!!
You'll be getting out your checkbook, then, Bill? They need you! Why are you wasting time with us foolish debunkers when the fate of the entire free world is riding on your contributions?

I'd describe it more as shame he's in the same profession I'll be working in. It's downright disturbing to see an architect comparing any building with card board boxes, and even more so to see them completely confuse what types of materials were used in a building's construction when performing even a rudimentary case study (Windsor Tower immediately comes to mind).
