Does anyone know if he has modified his speeches since the ones available on youtube (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=-275577066688213413)? I saw a handbill today for an upcoming talk by DRG in Portsmouth, NH; I'd love to be able to print up a point-by-point guide to his talk, if anyone has heard the current version.
I saw the poster not a half hour ago--this was my first stop. If such info is easily available, I'll likely find it, but this forum is the place for one-stop shopping if you're after 9/11 info.

I believe Griffin's shifting to a new presentation, now, trying to make the point that 9/11 "truth" is worth reconsidering now all these highly qualified people have signed up to ask for a new investigation. I expect he'll pull out similar underlying points to the ones he's used before, but otherwise expect him to quote large chunks from patriotsquestion911 and similar sites.

He's going to be in Boston on April 11. Does anyone know if he allows a question and answer segment at the end of his speech?

I might have to make the trip to see him, it would be interesting to see him, I might be able to get some free time with him, it has been a while since I have heard from, Portsmouth is only about an hour a way.

When I saw him in Olympia it was pretty much the same old speech. He still went with the "hijackers were not on the manifests and 5 of them are still alive" stuff. I couldn't take it.

too bad you cant smuggle some kind of overhead projector into the hall, and as he lies. with the "no hijackers on the list" for instance, project the manifest with the hijackers names on it onto the wall behind him. or on his face.

Even just a flashlight with a focusing lens and a stencil, so I can just flash "LIE" on his podium when appropriate.

"Flash" implies that there would be one or more times when the flashlight is off.

...or just bring a copy of it. "Excuse me, DRG, I have a copy of the manifest right here"

Also, take a copy of Gravy's picture of the seatback phone recovered in Shanksville.

Believe me, I have tried, talking logic to David Ray Griffin doesn't work. It is not worth the effort.

So I was in the mood for masochism tonight and went to see DRG speak at Boston University. I actually sat next to him while some others were speaking and conversed a bit. He seemed like a nice guy and I couldn't really tell if he was merely delusional or just a complete fraud. After the collection baskets were passed around and he suggested buying one of his many books for the tenth time, I was certain it was the latter.
Overall, I was a bit disheartened by the large crowd that he drew. In terms of his arguments, he mainly focused on the "fake" Flight 93 calls, voice-morphing technology, etc. It was painfully stupid. He also rambled on, which left little time for questions, and mine didn't get asked. It was a disappointing evening.

I forgot to mention the worst moment:
DRG claimed that the motive behind putting Barbara Olson on Flight 77 (and then faking her call to her husband) was to sufficiently anger her right wing supporters and convince them that action had to be taken against Islamic terrorism. Because of course, killing 3,000 Americans is not that big of a deal, but if a relatively unknown media personality is killed, we're really going to get pissed!

Do you think if you took an informal survey, the average American could tell you that Olson was on the flight? For that matter, could they name anyone?

Yeah, he has said that several times in the past. I was equally offended.

DRG is the high priest of the TM, although in the last few days S. Jones is in position to usurp him, out of the sheer newness of his material.
It does not surprise me that he attracted a crowd (relatively).

The voice mophing stuff is an exhibit in a theory I have that a lot of the Twoofers explanations when it comes to how 9/11 could have been pulled of come from movies..in this case "Diamonds Are Forever".
