Amuse your conservative friends and annoy your liberal neighbors with the brand new Ann Coulter Talking Action Figure. This incredibly lifelike action figure looks just like the beautiful Ann Coulter, and best of all . . . it sounds like Ann, too! Ann recorded these classic Coulter sayings especially for this action figure.

* "Liberals can't just come out and say they want to take more of our money, kill babies, and discriminate on the basis of race."

* "Swing voters are more appropriately known as the 'idiot voters' because they have no set of philosophical principles. By the age of fourteen, you're either a Conservative or a Liberal if you have an IQ above a toaster."

Only $29.95 (http://www.thbookservice.com/BookPage.asp?prod_cd=c6230)

I'm saving my money for the Limbaugh action figure - I hear it is priced at $9900.

Gotta love that thinking.

Does anyone know who it was that said, "If you're not against the System at 18, you've got no heart, but if you're not working for it at 30, you've got no head" (actual words may differ)?

Now if they just made a six foot anatomically correct version, we could all pitch in and buy one for Sinister W. We'd never see him on the forum again!

I think there's some punctuation missing:

"By the age of fourteen, you're either a Conservative, or a Liberal if you have an IQ above a toaster"
:wink8:

Churchill said (and im paraphrasing)

"If you are young and conservative, you have no heart. If you are old and liberal, you have no brain."

I saw a commercial for this and several other conservative dolls. It ended by calling them "America's Real Heroes." I thought that was pretty insulting.

Well, at least the Republicans are doing their part to increase consumer spending by selling images of themselves. I don't see Daschle or Kennedy or Dodd doing that. [now where's that vomitting smiley?] :nope:

A hero is someone who risks his or her own life to save or protect others.

Too bad voodoo doesn't really work. Those dolls could be useful.

Or someone you greatly admire. But then, liberals don't admire anyone but their own narcissistic selves, do they? :p

I greatly admire Sagan, Clarke, Gardner, and a variety of authors, scientists, and educators, but I cannot call them heroes. A hero runs towards the danger to help or protect others (e.g. NYC police and firefighters on 9-11, a hero does not turn away from the scene of the danger (e.g. flying away from NYC on 9-11).

Lastly, why a *duck*?

If I had one of those dolls I would try as hard as I could to see if it worked as a voodoo doll. Then it would be my dog's chew toy.

The company I work for makes, among other things, various polymer resins for use in the toy industry. I went on a tour of our Polypropylene plant in LaPorte, TX a few years ago and we stopped in front of a bin of pellets that had a eerie human-skin palor to them. Someone asked the engineer conducting the tour what was in the bin and he replied, "Barbie-doll skin". I haven't slept well since.

Not sure why I am telling this story.

the quote is "If you're not a socialist at age 20, you have no heart. If you're still a socialist at age 40, you have no brain", and it was probably Bernard Shaw who said it (assuming it was ever actually spoken by a celebrity), not Churchill.

Actually she's in trouble with this doll, add to the lexicon a bit and it could make appearances for her and nobody would know the difference!
