I have no axe to grind here. Jackson is the wierdest of the wierd. But wasn't it about a decade ago that he was embroiled in a molestaion controversy with rumors of payoff. Wasn't this new accuser about 2 years old at that time. Do we believe that the parents didn't know of the controversey. How did this child get into Jackson's hands unsupervised? Where were the parents.

And then I read (I am getting my skeptical hackles up now) that the boy come up with this under the influence of a "therapist".

Ohhhhh now I know we are swimming in truth. A therapist pulled it out of him. Oh now I believe it.

If this family has the purest of motives, why have they hired the same lawyer who represented the kid in the first place, ten years ago.

Also, where are this kids parents? This is an adult male who states publicly that he shares his bed with adolescent boys. As a sex abuse investigator for Child Protective Services I would be looking at the parents' culpability.

I would say that until we've had a chance to see the actual evidence produced by both sides, we've got nothing but speculation. I agree that the circumstances surrounding the accusation look somewhat suspicious, to date.

Yes, he's a freak. But so far, nothing has been produced to show that he is a guilty freak outside of the initial claim -- we'll have to see what the prosecution actually has before any conclusions can be drawn.

Agree. If the parents knew that their kid was spending time with MJ, they cannot possibly have been unaware of this habit.
