The district's insurance will cover the cost. The students' lawyer will get $30,000 and two charities chosen by the students will get $2,500 apiece.
Never got to see the article, though.

The lawyer gets $30,000 and charities $5,000? What a joke... should have reversed that ruling.

What's wrong w/ that? That case took him nearly 12 hours of hard work, well 4 of those hours were spent on the golf course. But he though hard about it between holes. BMW's don't just put gas in themselves, you know. :p

This is absolutely scandalous of you, WildCat.
I mean, BMW's are far overrated. For the money, an Acura would be a better bet.
