1) Go to the gym and try to determine the maximum weight you are able to lift. Record this number.
2) Get an object weighing half this amount. The object must be one that will not be significantly slowed by air resistance when falling (for instance, a heavy parachute would be disqualified).
3) Have this object dropped from a height of roughly 10 meters.
4) Catch this object before it hits the ground.
And that's all there is to it, folks.
Can you do it?
