Low frequency wave passes thru water creates a bubble then a high frequency wave passes thru the same bubble causing its temperature to reach as high as 20,000 Kelvins. Is this kind of like a miniature version of gamma ray bursts ?

Fascinating question.

Though I doubt Gamma rays, I really would like to know, too.

Maybe you will draw-in someone who has the answer (If anyone does really know).

No, it's basically a small version of a spring-piston air gun. (Look it up.) The water mechanically compresses the bubble, heating up the air inside.
