How do I view these images?

I've got a game that allows screenshots but saves them as TGA files. I cannot seem to find anything that I can use to view them, much less convert and edit them. Anybody got any suggestions?

Those are Truevision Targa files. IrfanView (http://www.irfanview.com) should handle them.
