If you want Jesus on your license plate, the Florida Senate is looking out for you.
Because why worry about a budget impasse or property insurance when you can spend more than an hour talking about Jesus, the devil and license plates?
Religious specialty plates offered by Sen. Ronda Storms, R-Valrico, and Sen. Gary Siplin, D-Orlando, made it onto a bill Friday even though many members had not seen images of those plates and none was produced for the debate.

Not my fault - Siplin is crook and idiot - I DID NOT vote for him (which means I did not get to vote for a State Senator last time. Will not vote for a republicker, will not vote for a crook.

So will this happen in every state? I refuse to take off my liscence plate that says "If you think you are perfect try walking on water!"

Yes. Also the government will implant RFID chips to track your every move so they may report it to the antichrist.

Kathy what are you talking about ?
I assume she is talking about the custom frames some people put around their vehicle license plates.
Kind of like this (http://www.cafepress.com/superflyteez.83684878).

ducky is correct (as always).
Hello? If you want a religious plate just go for a vanity one. Because once every religion wants their religion offered... well..really would YOU cut off a Wiccan?
Or how about a Voodoo one? You flip someone off and the next thing you know your arm falls off.
I suggest that we stick with the old Manatee plates. I have old Challenger ones (from WAY long ago).

Is there any suggestion this will not be allowed in future? I do not see that in the article quoted

The article is purely about a couple of fools here in Florida - not national in any way!!!

I just had to get new plates because they did a re-design. (They added a bird to it.) Luckily, Missouri kept its skeptical motto: The Show Me State.

As opposed to Louisiana, the "show us your tits" state.

Speaking of license plate frames....
Why is God just a co-pilot? This implies that He's taken a secondary seat in their life, and the person is the one in charge.
Hm. I'd have thought it would be the other way around...

I'd love to see a pagan or wiccan try to get one of their ideas made into a plate, if the Jesus plate thing goes down.
Actually, I'd just love to hear the argument as to why Big 'J' is okay, but the others aren't, because you know that will probably happen.
