View Full Version : Get your red hot psychic healing dowse pendulums here, but don't store them "live"!

Ohhh this site is just about the funniest I have seen yet! You all have to check it out. Sure cure for the blues.

Note that for the "Isis Bronze medium" pendulum model of the famous "Jozef Baj" for example;

"This is a pendulum invented and constructed by one of the highly regarded experts of radiesthetic equipment, Jozef Baj of Warsaw, Poland. Its shape symbolizes the Cross of Life as known to ancient Egyptians. The four parallel disks create an amplifier, making it very sensitive and selective. Isis generates its own energy at a frequency equivalent to the colour white - the synthesis of all colours. This strong, constant radiation makes it perfect for use as a carrying wave" which can be modulated and use in teleradiesthesia. (use of radiesthetic equipment from a distance) It is very safe."

"Isis is a mental pendulum and can be used as a transmitter or receiver, according to the mental command of the operator. It can be used in checking food, herbs, in making health diagnoses and as a generator of carrying wave in work with maps and distance healing. Because of its unique properties and safety it should be considered asic and necessary pendulum of every dowser."

Note that some of her other models are even funnier. A "must read". The Osiris brass was one of my favs.

http://www.diviningmind.com/volvoline.html

Also one of the most outrageously irresponsible since healing from cancer is claimed and such. This brass dowse pendulum has to be neutralized and disassemble when not is use so it's extra strong powers won't harm healthy living tissue dontcha know

I had quite an e mail exchange with the quack whack job who sells this Dowsing equipment on the web. (His two e mails at bottom of post).

After finding his site, "Divining Mind"... Dowsing supplies, providing for all your most critical dowsing equipment needs, even "medical radiesthesia", (this must be a close relative to Neurological anesthesia, if you know what I mean), I was compelled to write him and ask about his fraud and/or why he wastes time selling these geegaws when he could just have a dowser take the challenge and split the money or whatever.

His site makes amazing claims. The first page says;

(DIVINING MIND, QUALITY DOWSNING TOOLS FOR BEGINNER OR PRO..."we offer you a large selection of quality dowsing pendulums and divining rods
from Europe, the choice of dowsing tools for discriminating water and mineral dowser, alternative healing practitioner, spiritual counselor, distant healer and others. Properly chosen tools for the task at hand will give you the edge of increased dowsing accuracy as well as the professional image.")

I sent the proprieter of this whack job rip off site (Chris Gozdzik), scientific data and
studies on Dowsing including from the JREF site archives. He told me I should join the "Flat Earth Society", basically because I believe in science!
This was shortly after he changed the subject altogether by invoking goobledegook about "Quantum Physics"..a subject in which he no doubt holds a PhD from a top University.

In his previous e mail he said, "..If you treat seriously people like Randi - you are in BIG trouble."

He also accuses Randi of backing out of a challenge from some Dowser in India named Kirti Betai, "..but he (Randi), "sleazed his way out of the deal". I wrote Randi, Randi says he never heard of this Betai guy).

Chris says if Randi had done this in North America he would be taken to court for "forgery and false advertising". (Forgery??)

I did point out to him that if this great Dowser from India came to Florida to Dowse successfully he could have the $$ Million $$, and I am wondering why Chris didn't put up the expense money for the trip and agree to split the million with Mr. Betai? Let's see, a Million $$ minus
$5,000 or so in expenses, uh, well it's way too complicated a quantum physics problem for me but I'd guess there ought to be a few bucks profit in there somewhere.

I Don't think Chris will be bankrolling Betai's trip and test process though, or working with Betai to set something alternatively up in
India, or writing me back anymore to respond to that question for that matter. He'd rather make $10 or $15 profit apiece on coat hanger wires
and spinning geegaws, (and rocks), than get a $ Million $ bux "dirty money" dontcha know. So I guess JREF's Million $$$ remains "safe for
Sylvia" for just a little while longer. It's a great insurance policy or retirement fund for her in case she ever runs out of people to "help".

Forive my replying to my own post but I just couldn't resist putting my FAVORITE Dowse pendulum model capability here.

The "Osiris Macro" which...has "magnetic batteries" made of wood! And I DO hope that have a good quality control department for that "careful mental coding during production" process!

http://www.diviningmind.com/cadillacline.html

***************************

"through the use of multielement magnetic batteries made out of specially selected wood and careful mental coding during the production process, it radiates pure white spectrum without losing its power."

This was shortly after he changed the subject altogether by invoking goobledegook about "Quantum Physics"..a subject in which he no doubt holds a PhD from a top University. Which clearly needs to be fully explored in this thread here - Quantum weirdness (http://www.randi.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=30516) - look especially at the bit about "weak quantum theory" (http://www.randi.org/vbulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=30516&perpage=30&pagenumber=3#post1870194046), which seems to have been dreamed up for exactly this purpose.

Actually, I thought the pendants were quite pretty - though seriously overpriced. :D

The Digital dowsing page (http://members.tripod.com/~Reid_J/index.html) will teach you the basics of dowsing and more.

Then you will be ready to choose a pendulum that best suits your needs.

The point is, you don't need to buy anything. You can use two 'L' bent coat hangers, split hazel, a 'ring' stone and a bit of string or any simple 'pendulum' you can make yourself using the contents of the waste basket. Once you get more accuracy you can even use your hand. Like all divinity, the 'pendulum' is the symbolic interactive media interface between your local focus and the non local target. You simply, as with all things magical, invest or invoke your will through a symbolic construct.

Utter tosh, what you need is any prop to amplify and demonstrate the ideomotor effect.

Once again - provide documented proof that dowsing has been demonstrated to work by reputable scientists using reliable tests

Here's a good, prize-winning, double-blind series of experiments by some Swedish scientists:

Absurd. Tell us why this is "Good". You wouldn't know a good experiment if you tripped over it.

This is a critical study about the flaws in the described experiment. It is quite many...

It also says that since 1994 there have been no replications of the experiment.

Only Luci would post a study, call it "good", refer to it as "award winning" and have the award be unfindable, the experiment be blasted, and have the whole damn thing in Swedish.

Have you no shame, Luci?

Dearest Ed,

I pray to thee that thy might smite mine deadly enemy, the "homeopathic pyschic believer who desperately needs real medication but refuses to do so," and "those who are sane but refuse to use their sanity in favor of faeries and demon images." And if Lord Ed does not see fit to grant this request of mine, at least give me the fortitude and stomach muscles to endure the fits of laughter I give forth when I come across these other peoples. ;)

Don't tell anybody, but I have a "universal set" of the Jozef Baj dowsing pendulums. Honest. 49 pendulums. A grant paid for them, for a course on critical thinking. It was important that we have the "real thing" so that no one could accuse us of using inferior products to bias our tests.

I do not under stand the need for further testing when the site contains the following testimonials:

"Supernatural Voices is a paranormal research group from Ontario Canada. We've been using L-rods purchased from diviningmind.com for over a year. These are by far the best L-rods we've ever purchased. They are exceptionally well balanced and give a very accurate reading.

Diviningmind.com's L-rods have helped us immensely in our ghost research. We've had a few occasions where the rods would actually move in a pattern that is impossible for anyone to replicate, it is the strangest thing. They react to when a ghost is charging, and when the rods begin to react, a few seconds later we will encounter a manifestation."

Supernatural Voices

Testimonials (http://www.diviningmind.com/testimonials.html)

If its good enough for Supernatural voices... "and they move in a way that is impossible for anyone to replicate." What more proof do you need?
