He would be viewed as worse than Adolf Hitler.
Worse than Jim Jones.
Worse than Bin Laden.

What specific reasons do you have for this claim?

Not necessarily. He does have a quite good PR agent, you know. I've heard he can literally do anything. :D

It might have something to do with this thing about plagues and Egypt that I read about in an old book.

Since the premise of this thread is not well-defined, I suspect most will dismiss it as ultimately nonsensical, as I have.

Oh, that thing. Surely no-one remembers nowadays?

Nowadays deluding yourself you have supernatural powers would send you to a psychiatric evaluation, not to the history books. That is, unless you can actually with the million dollars.

Or it can make you a millionaire (see Uri Geller, Sylvia Browne, Peter Poppoff, John Edward, Deepak Chopra, JZ Knight, Rhonda Byrne, et al.).

Sad, but true. Point taken.

Maybe, but if he can prove to us that he can part a body of water, strike a rock with his rod to produce drinkable water, or pray and manna falls from the sky to feed the hungry, he would will the $1 Million Dollar Challenge.

Now Moses had nothing to do with that stuff! That was all some Yahweh bloke's doing! Don't go blaming the underling for his master's actions.

Wouldn't he be an accessory?

Wow, I totally forgot that I started this thread.
Yep. Wexter has it, almost.
Moses ordered his men to wipe out the Hittites, his wife's tribe. When they only killed the men, Moses got mad and told them to kill all the women (except the virgins), and all the male children. (no mention as to wether his two children were included in this).
And the young girls (virgins)? he gave them to his soldiers to do with as they saw fit.
Kind of like what happened in Bosnia a few years back.

If Moses were alive today ...
He'd be digging madly, trying to get to the surface.

On the plus side, not only is he not alive today, he probably wasn't even alive back then.

He was so alive. And he had a striking resemblance to Charlton Heston.

Well, if he was alive today he wouldn't be fictional. Would he still be an Egyptian prince?
