Hi fellow Skeptoids and Debunkabrons. A bit of good news. Today's article at Salon.com exposes bad medical advise of Oprah. I'd post a link but my shiny new JREF account isn't allowed yet, so I'll semi-encode it....

YIKES, I got to here
"injecting another hormone, estriol, vaginally every day"
and decided, when the time comes, I'll take the hot flashes.
Good article, pity it won't reach as many as Oprah does.

The link is working for me, even after I log out of Salon.com. Perhaps your local DNS cache is poisoned. If you're using Windows, try ipconfig /flushdns from the command prompt. If that still doesn't work, try net stop dns

If you look to Oprah for medical advice then you pretty much get what you deserve.

Only problem: They don't take Dr. Oz and Dr. Phil to task.
