Reading her definition of what a good psychic is, I can't help noticing that if you replace "psychic" with "psychoanalyst" throughout, you get something which is a lot less controversial. Maybe she's just dyslexic ?

that is what psychics do.
They try to analyze the person and tell them what they want to hear.
Its sad.
They make one lucky guess (like a month that was important or something) and the person thinks they are accurate!
