I have no idea who should fill this post but I suspect some of you do.

Do you think this will positively/negatively effect E-Commerce?

I can see a positive effect if cyber-fraud and identity theft are diminished.

This is way too broad...

Look, I understand defending government computers and stuff, but this stuff is way too broad and I think it would inevitably be royally abused for the government. It could be used as a tool of censorship and who knows what else...

Because it's absolutely critical to national security that I be able to run botnets on your grandmother's home system?

INRM You're like the boy who cried wolf. One of these times you might be right, but no one will care because they've listened to your cries too long.

Now is not your time.

Actually, I don't think INRM will ever be right. He's more like the boy who cried "werewolf". One of these days, a real wolf might come along, and the real wolf experts will report all kinds of real wolf warning signs, and INRM will insist that this is the mythical, fantastic creature he's been warning us about all this time.

I disagree. Pretty much every concern you've expressed in these forums is essentially a "werewolf": A fantastical exaggeration of a real concern, endowed with supernatural powers and depicted as a boogeyman suitable for frightening children.

There are real wolves out there, and real sheep for them to prey on. But while real shepherds with real sheepdogs are doing the best they can to keep the real wolves at bay, you keep ranting about werewolves and pleading for a silver bullet to stop them.

Well,he may claim it was not "werewolf",but they "were wolfs".
