My apologies if this was already posted. Also, sorry that I can't post a link. I'm too new.

The Russian Association of Instrumental Transcommunication develops technical devices that allow communication with the dead via radio signals, Life.ru website writes Wednesday. After the messages from the deceased are recorded as radio signals, they are deciphered by special software into plain audio files, which a synthesized voice reads out loud.

I've got a few ideas about this, but limited knowledge of radio related stuff and computer programming. It seems to me as though this is almost recognizing the radio interference debunking of EVP and just saying "ghosts did it [radio interference]."

I'm sure at least some of the dead took their walkie-talkies with them...

They must get a lot of messages saying stuff like "father figure", "birthday" "jewelry" or the letter "j".

The Christian idea of Heaven must be exceedingly boring if this is the best the departed can think of to pass the time...

Or maybe once you die you are mentally challenged for a certain number of decades? You are so in awe of god's glory that you are permanently stupified and are capable of only vague mutterings and nonsensical blatherings?

...they are deciphered by special software ..
They should be able to use regular talking-to-the-dead software..

What gives with the special stuff ?

Beat me to it!

Remember the ultra deep mine where you could hear the screams of the anguished in hell?

Kinda childish to think that hell is literally "down".

Sounds like everyone's drunk in Heaven.
