Okey current list of leaders who are trying to or have recently got around constitional term limits:

Hugo Chavez - Venezuela
Manuel Zelaya - Honduras
Mamadou Tandja - Niger
Álvaro Uribe Vélez - Colombia

Putin? He has not formally broken any time limit, but he definitely worked around them by becoming PM.

Zelaya, at least, looks like he's pretty well done, though what he's doing his pretty appalling. At this point, he's pretty much gone into straight open revolt against the rest of the government, the constitution... well, pretty much everyone but himself.

I believe you can add Evo Morales to that list as well.
