Why is there a new wave of bombings in Iraq?
The American Infidels are leaving.
Is this some sort of effort to kill a few more while the mujadeen have the chance?

PLease wake up. There has been a civil war going on in Iraq, since about the summer of 2003, with the object of the war being who gets to fill the vacuum left by the departure, via noose as it turns out, of Saddam Hussein.

This bombing isn't news. It is a habit the Iraqis have adopted to settle their scores with one another since Saddam's reign ended.

And even before. Saddam, ruthless oppressor that he was, made sure that most of the damage was done to the opposition, but he was still strongly opposed. Ruthless oppressors don't have to slaughter their people if all the people love him.

At least Our Boys will be out of there soon and we can stop paying any attention to the bombings.
Yes, that was sarcasm, in case anyone had any doubt.
