So you are saying you don't pay some part of your tax, which part?

It would seem that our great Freeman is himself a slave. He pays his council tax (but only after see a full accounting of it) then he consents to pay it.
What a guy! I wish I could defy the powers to be like that.
LOL
I pay what I consent to pay of tax. Which is my privilege as a free man under the law.

I do not pay tax if that tax was not solicited by me, nor accepted by me as mine to pay. Since I have the power of consent in commercial contracts. As do you.

Wow, what power you yield. That Freeman stuff sure has made you a freeman, of sense perhaps but nothing else.
So in fact do you implement any Freeman theory at all? Or is all empty talk?

No, I implement no freeman theory. To implement a thing is beyond theory. It is practice. And practice is the opposite of 'empty talk'.

If I am in a restaurant and I receive a costed, itemised bill for cabbages, potatoes and pork chops I will not pay it. Since I care nothing for pork chops and never ordered them in the first place.Did you not read that sign on the wall and menu saying. "By taking a seat in this restaurant you agree to pay for cabbages, potatoes and pork chops irrespective of whether you eat them. Children under 3'6" half price."

Yes, and in such a case I am glad you will pay for it. :)

I get a council tax bill and pay it all. So do you. What is the problem?

You pay it all ? Great.
And if 99% of it is goods and services you have never asked for you pay that too ?

When you get a minute:
So the Council Tax discussion has moved to this thread, has it? Great!
Especially, can you provide us an example of a freeman who has successfully refused consent to the Council Tax?
When I asked you this question on the other thread, you provided an example of a freeman who unsuccessfully refused consent to the Council Tax. I am interested in seeing a success story.

Lothian,
I pay only for goods and services which I have contracted to pay for. Which I have expressly approved of, and which, after consideration of their offer, I have consented to receive.
And you are the same, yes ?

Since there is a thread already active discussing these very same points (see: http://forums.randi.org/showthread.php?t=155358) I'm going to close this one.
Lets keep this topic confined to one thread.
