What are the Hoax Believers going to say now that photos of the Apollo landing sites? I asked them what they thought about the new "fake" photos.

They're doing exactly as everyone has predicted:
They cry FAKE!
"What evidence is there they are faked, not real?"
"NASA made them you fool! NASA faked the landings, NASA showed these images which show the landing sites. The landings are faked, so that means the the LRO images are are fake, so NASA must have faked them. Are you an idiot?"

NASA is faking me, right now, they invented me in a Hollywood studio, there are no stars behind me, the shadows are all wrong, what's the light source, my flag is waving.
None of us is actually here, we're just props in a faked NASA photograph to fool ourselves into believing that the space program is real.

I don't wonder that CT'ists are upset by the photos. There is nothing on it that clearly looks artificial. Those dots could be elephants/Iranian Nukes [that's a joke] or Klingon Warships, as far I'm concerned.

In other words, even if I don't believe in Moon-Hoax-CT's, the pictures I hoped would show some more details, proof nothing but ... uhh ... white pixels on the moon.
[Although the shadows look non-typical for the moon surface, I admit]

Once the LRO settles into its orbit, we'll see better images of the sites. I doubt they'll be enough to convince any of the wackos. They've had plenty of time to mentally prepare themselves for this moment.

And the NWO had plenty of time to edit the upcoming close ups, muhawawaw. :p

I dunno. Those giant white arrows look kind of fake to me...

Initially, that's what I thought. But look closer. You can see the footpath the astronauts made leading out of the Lunar Module.

I find something deeply moving that forty years later the same footprints remain entirely untouched. It shows how -outside of the seeming drama of Earth- so much of this universe is utterly indifferent to Human existence, or anything, for that matter. It's so silent.

I am endlessly fascinated to know that, on a red planet millions of miles from here, two human-made machines are chugging along, drilling little holes and taking little samples, and are the only things moving on that entire planet.

Mars has the odd landslide, sandstorm and dust devils.

There are several threads over at ATS about this and I had to stop reading them I was getting so mad and the shear levels of ignorance. To paraphrase a few of the CTer responses.
- These photos suck, we don't they point hubble at the moon? I mean we can get great photos of Saturn's rings right here on earth!
- Those footprints don't look like they were made by someone bouncing around. mmmmmm I am skeptical.
- If you believe we could go to the moon 40 years ago but can't do it now then I guess you could just accept these as proof. Van allen belts.
- I am being skeptical of the photos why do you just accept them? It would only take 3 minutes to photoshop these.
And my favorite
- They should build a rover and send it to the moon. Drive right up the lunar lander remains and take a full color photo, that would make my mind up on the issue. For now I am waiting for more proof.
As one real skeptic over there pointed out you could present these photos as alien buildings on the moon and the CTers would be all over as proof positive without a moments hesitation but tell them its proof of the success of the Apollo missions and all you get is nonsense.
I would link to it but you all know how to get to ATS.

Betcha can!
Just step off the earth a few hundred thousand miles so your position is off the earth-moon-sun line on that day.

Or, if you're NASA... 40 years... because NASA sucks and can't do anything, except cover up stuff... poorly.

Haha. They did this 40 years ago and the idiot doesn't believe it. Why would he believe it the second time?

Why do they keep claiming we can't go back?
Why would we want to? What would be the gain of sending another manned mission to the moon?

They'd say "we don't need no stinking facts!" or "You can prove anything with facts!" or possibly "These photos are obvious fakes, everyone knows the Moon is made of cheese and there is no cheese in those pics!"

Can't wait for the higher res photos! I wonder if there's any debris from the crashed ascent stages that would show up?
