I mean, all you have to do is read their posts. You can practically hear the drool hitting the keyboard.
It really does make you wonder if the whole purpose of the war is the most obvious one, to just go out and have a war.

This is a disturbing post to me, are you serious?

For some, yes. Most probably lean toward the fundamental end of Christianity here in the States.
However I dont think going to war just to have war is the reason, not at all for the vast majority. The ***** hit the fan. You don't, even a little bit, understand why things that before would be overlooked are now under scrutiny?

"For some, yes. Most probably lean toward the fundamental end of Christianity here in the States."
Do you mean that most right wingers are fundamental end of christianity? Or, do you mean that most of the ones that just want to go to war for war's sake are probably fundamental christians? either conclusion seems a bit unfair to me.

see the words most? And yep I'd put money on many or most of the folks on the right end PROBABLY lean toward the fundamentalist end of Christianity.
How many far left folks have you heard beat the war drum? Personally I can think of only one I hear on the radio, a comedy guy named Phil Hendrie.
Am I wrong in thinking that in the US, many of the right (GOP) gets their votes from people who are Christian, and that many of these folks are near the fundamentalist end of the spectrum?
And if you reread my very frist Answer to AUP, I said for some. And in that group of some, most PROBABLY lean toward the fundamentalist end of Christianity.
I have no polls or anything like that, only what I have learned and experienced. Is my reasoning that far off? Do you not at least follow my reasoning?

Are they serious? It sounds like it.
Note, I am only referring to the right wingers, there are plenty who are questioning what is going on too. However, they aren't the ones who cause wars.

I'll retract that many adjective in that and put some. Some of the folks who support the GOP, and who are Christian, lean toward the fundamentalist end. Though sometimes it seems to me personally that the some is many. It really gets me down to see fellow citizens wanting to put creation in with science :(

Kodiak, I agree and I am not "right wing."
And heck, if the mean ol' US really really wanted a war, why haven't we started it yet?
Hmmmm?

I dont think hes trolling. There are alot of people excited about war. I think we are spolied by the GUlf War. It was so clean and quick that people expect the same. No ones really afraid of war. It's sort of like wathing a movie, or playing a video game. Press afew buttons and Saddam is dead.

War should never be fought if you are unwilling to risk losing...
Any attack on Baghdad, other than a siege or WMD, will result in (conservatively) scores of dead US servicemen...

See if she actually had a brain she'd have read the posts of people saying a war may be the only option, like myself, and taken from them the fact that we hope it doesn't come to it. But we're glad we're prep'd for it incase we get there.
AUP is a hillary clinton liberal. Really extravagant with little reality

No. it's liberal trolling. I'm for doing what has to be done. I'm far from spoiled by the last Gulf war and I resent any of you ****s that ,make a claim about it. When was the last time you had to ID and move people that got burned by friendly or enemy fire? I'm spoiled? eat ****

AUP is one of my favorite posters. He may be a Hillary Clinton impersonator on drag night at the bar, but in his opinions he is himself. His dissents are great. I have never seen someone imitate the "guy who gets his political views from Saturday Night Live Weekend Update and USA Today" so effectively. His parody of this viewpoint is great although some people don't see what he is cleverly doing.

The rest of the world may talk a good war on terror, but I'm sure they're looking forward to the prospect of additional attacks against the United States. I mean, all you have to do is read their posts. You can practically hear the drool hitting the keyboard.
