Policing crackles with buzzwords nowadays, from zero tolerance to on-the-spot fines. The power of prayer is an unlikely addition to that list - but could it be an effective weapon in the battle against crime? "I would love to see New Testament miracles, and maybe one day we will see the lame walking," he says. "But for us at the moment, it seems to be a bit more subtle.
