The delicious bit here is not just that they were fooled by a fake BC, but that it was so obviously a fake, that anyone who spent two minutes googling would have found out. But the birthers? No, it seemed to fit their preconceptions, so they ran with it.

As a stamp collector myself, I can assure anybody that the currency in Kenya has been since 1922, and still is:

100 cents (100c) = One Shilling (1/-)
