On FOX news the other day, report from israel: a reporter overlooking a mountain says, in a dramatic voice, "Fox news had learned that a top-secret israeli command bunker is being built in the mountain behind me...".
How did FOX news learn this amazing, top-secret information? The report didn't say, but in reality, they simply read the israeli papers of the day before. Hell, they didn't even have to read them in Hebrew or go to israel; the building of the bunker was the headline even on the web site of the English language paper, the jerusalem post.
Amazing detective work, indeed. Ah well, at least the reporter wasn't wearing faux-military khaki clothes to make her seem a "brave combatant" in her unending search for "secret military information".
