Well, I've stolen, I've gossiped/ borne false witness against my neighbor, worked on Sabbath, said God's name in Vain, worshipped idols, had other gods before god, coveted my neighbors ass (horse fields property etc), disrespected my parents...pretty much everything but killed....

1. I don't worship any false gods, for obvious reasons.
2. I haven't made any graven images of God, for the same obvious reasons.
3. I haven't used God's name in vain, since "God" isn't really his name. His name is represented by the whole yud hay vav hay sign, in case you didn't know.
4. I've never forgotten a Saturday, but it depends on what you mean by "holy." To me, "holy" means "party time," and I only party on Saturdays. I've been keeping it holy ever since I started college.
5. I honor my parents, but that doesn't mean I've never been mad at them at some time.
6. Haven't killed anybody. Hmmm... but I have killed lots of ants, flies, mosquitoes, gnats, spiders, roaches, mice, centipedes, termites, scorpions, and bacteria. God is going to be pissed off for sure.
7. No adultery? Crap! I knew they were going to get me for this! I've never been maried, but I'm no virgin.
8. I haven't stolen anything. But, wait, I've heard songs on the radio! Aaaaah, I've been stealing music from record companies!
9. What's "false witness" against my neighbor supposed to mean? I haven't pretended I was somewhere when I wasn't. Well, not to any of my neighbors for that matter. It helps to live in a small neighborhood, though.
10. I've coveted my share of asses all right, but not the ones that belong to any of my neighbors.

While I am confident that I have done nothing wrong, on the advice of my attorney, I respectfully decline to answer based on my Fifth Amendment rights under the United States Constitution.

I guess that depends on how you interpret them. For example, I have killed, but not a person (not yet anyway ;) ).
I've never boiled a kid in its mother's milk, though. You gotta draw the line somewhere, and that's just plain wrong.

Technically speaking wasn't Moses the first to break the ten Commandments?

Um, which 10?
The only ones I haven't broken are ones that I wish I had broken.

According to some folks, thinking about breaking a commandment is just as bas a breaking it.
Also, any lustful act or thought is deemed adultery (usually according to the same people).
Furthermore, committing any sin (according to the same folks) means that you are exalting something before God and are breaking the "you shall have no gods before me" commandment. Any sin also reflects on your parents, and dishonors them, and dishonorable thoughts also break the "honor thy father and thy mother" commandment.
By these sorts of "standards," I've broken all of the commandments, regardless of which version of the commandments you care to use.

How many of the 10 commandments have you broken?
Each and every one, each and every day...

I have not kept the festival of weeks nor sent my firstborn thrice yearly before god.

I'm real fuzzy on some of them. Technically, as an atheist, how can I hold some other god in front of this one when I don't believe in any of them? I'm I violating this commandment or not? Likewise, I have a couple of statues of Cthulhu adorning my abode - is this a violation of the graven idols commandment or not?

I'd have to kill someone to complete the whole set.

I broke the first four while I was a Christian. Now that I'm a non-believer, technically it is impossible for me to break those four.
In the military, I had it carefully explained to me by several priests how killing someone in war is not technically murder. Luckily, I never had the chance to try that. so I'm missing one there.
So, now I guess 5 out of 10. Technically.

If you've broken everyone everyday where do you hide all the dead bodies from the people you kill?

In that the 'Ten Commandments' are from an authority I do not recognize and am not compelled by law to adhere to, I have broken none of them.

Me neither but it's fun to run all over someone else's stuffy laws!

Simple. We have a little figurine from Thailand on our TV and we call him 'Homer the TV god'. We worship at the tube regularly.
In fact we, jokingly, refer to pretty much any figurine as being the god of whatever it is placed on. It's false idol city in our house.

6. Technically I've never actually pulled the trigger, but being in the military I have helped the people who do. 'Course that brings up the sticky question of whether the commandment forbids killing people in general or murder specifically. And whether what we do is murder.
7. I've never committed adultry.

I don't know what jurisdiction you live under, but they probably have some variant of "Thou shalt not kill" and "Thou shalt not steal" that carry some legal force.

When someone speaks of the "Ten Commandments" they refer to the bible version of "God's" law. If society has similar laws then it is because the society has agreed to live under those conditions and not because "God" said so.
There have been societies that frown on killing their own kind but have never heard of the bible or god's commandments.
In the same vein, I have never broken any of the Jewish or Muslim laws because they are not mandated by an authority that has domain over me.
Have I broken some of the laws which coincide with the commandments? Yes. Have I dissobeyed the "Commandments of God"? Nope.
