I know it's bad form to be the only poster on this thread, but they had a news report on this just now, and it appears that the public will be able to see the scientists working in the new wing, and vice versa. I think it's an interesting idea, to bring science within the view of the public, rather than being hidden away.. it might help to dispel some of the stereotypes.
Anyhoo, I'll shut up now... any more one way communication and this thread will become twitteresque :-)
