My God these folks are dumb. They say that the creator remaines anonymous because it is a Federal offense to fake a legal document.

Its a fake Kenyan legal document..so I doubt anyone in the USA could face prosecution.

But, the nutjobs at Prisonplanet also suggest that the Obama administration are the ones who made the fake BC!!!!
