This has been bugging me for a while and this seemed the place to ask.
It's called "Project Silver Bug" and is something to do with a human made flying saucer. I'm just a little sceptical, for reasons like if it is such a brilliant design howcome it isn't being used, how would it be able to go over the speed of sound driven by a fan (from what I can gather from the very limited information I can find). It all seems a bit fishy, can anyone put my mind at rest?
