“Norah Jones won a handful of awards last night for a song called “Don’t Know Why.” I think that could probably describe a lot of taxpayers trying to figure out why their tax dollars are going to the Grammy Foundation.”

Whoever snuck this into the budget needs a public flogging or at least to be burned in effigy in his hometown.

Where is the headquarters for the Grammy Foundation physically located? I bet the Congressman that snuck it in there is from that district.
Either that, or some recording industry execs made a few campaign contributions to a Congressman.
Bleh, more government waste.
