I've heard a CT that goes more or less to the following effect.

- Swine flu surfaces and government use fearmongering, flu virus turns out to be no more extreme than any other flu.

- Then government fudges data to claim that the virus will get more deadly in the Autumn months.

- The government and companies that make the flu vaccine actually put a deadly 1918-flu like strain in the vaccine that everybody ends up getting which actually makes a deadly flu pandemic and kills millions (in at least one case I remember hearing about a reference to a case in which H5N1 ended up in a routine flu-vaccine or something -- whether true or not I'm not sure as some CT's actually do revolve around a kernel or two of truth that is then grossly misinterpreted; regardless I heard such a reference made)


For the following reasons
- Population control (In some cases some people made references to Obama's science czar who in a textbook wrote about advocating forced abortions and sterilizations)
- Power grab
- Advancing a one world government (In some cases references were made regarding Obama's science czar who recommended a "Planetary Regime" which was to be a totalitarian one world government that would monitor population levels and control all resources on Earth)

Sure, the deathtoll hasn't turned out to be more than flu outbreaks in the past. That may have something to do with advances in medicine and availability of care.

How would you know if the data was fudged? How can you even speculate at this if you weren't trying to support an already-arrived-at conclusion?

Somebody's read Rainbow Six one too many times. This CT is assuming that association equals causation. Ridiculous.

Was he advancing that position as a correct course of action, or putting that forward as one possible solution amongst many? Methinks you're misrepresenting him and showing extreme intellectual dishonesty.

The Obama administration holds the White House, and a majority in the legislature. Do you realize how stupid this is yet?

Voluntary vacc.: Only eldery if at all. Flu viewed as journalists overblown piece. => Not neccessary.

They said the yearly flu death toll will rise since this strand affects young people more so than old. Add that with the regular flu and it = larger death toll. So the number is changing only because of the range of people it effects is changing.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean...Are you saying they fudged the data that says flu season is going to start on time? Of course it will get more deadly because it will be flu season so more people are going to get sick and that is fact so I seriously doubt a cover up will work there.

I don't see "everyone" getting infected. Now your chances increase dramatically if you are in a crowded place, but walking out of your home will no lead to you getting the flu. Also, I couldn't find anything on a H5N1 being in a routine flu vaccine so I'm just assume that came from less than reputable site until shown otherwise.

Well Pop control is out because as Rebel said, "7 billion" people live on this earth. Ok the regular flu kills around 30,000 people in the US each year and about 200,000 to 500,000 worldwide. Now since the swine flu broke out the total number of deaths worldwide is under 3,000 with almost 300,000 suspected cases leading to recovery. If this were anything like the 1918 (which it isn't) than you would have seen Millions get sick from the H1N1 strand in a short amount of time which just didn't happen not to mention in 1918 the treatment for flu was no where near what it is today. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2009_flu_pandemic

I have made lots of jokes in Swine Flu threads involving "Captain Trips", the killer plague that wipes out 99.9% of mankind in Stephan King's "The Stand" but I am really beginning to wonder if that novel is not a factor in all the hysteria over diseses we have been getting lately.

- paid by the person who wants this vaccination, and
- not recommended for babies or small children
