Hi Brian, big fan of the show and I love the idea of In Fact.
Being such a huge fan and having a professional background I thought I could lend some advice. I noticed on the video that there was a very heavy shadow behind you. I do not know if this was intentional or not but I have included a diagram to show how to eliminate this and also provide a more dramatic lighting setup.
Another thing I thought could use some tweaking was your position. Normally you don't shoot that much of the body of the subject unless they are going to be interacting with with a background graphic (i.e. the weather man). A better shot would be to have you position more towards the right and have the bottom of the shot end on the 3rd button of a dress shirt. The other option would be to have a full body shot (see mac vs. pc commercials.)
Link to lighting diagram. (its from a 3d rendering, but its a good visual)
