Claims we knew where Saddam was all along, capturing him only now for political gain. We probably know where Osama is, too, and will wait until late oct 2004 to nab him... :rolleyes: What a kook!

Rep. Jim McDermott, D-Wash., told a Seattle radio station Monday the U.S. military could have found Saddam "a long time ago if they wanted." Asked if he thought the weekend capture was timed to help Bush, McDermott chuckled and said: "Yeah. Oh, yeah."

Actually....I can't see any sence in GWB keeping Saddam in a closet for later....He would have liked to parade him around on day one if he could.....
