I was just watching George Stephanopoulos say that although Clinton made a big Congressional speech (Like Obama will do next week) on his Health Care Bill in 1993, that speech was made at 'the very beginning of the health care process', wheras next Wednesday's health speech is being made at 'the beginning of the endgame for President Obama'.
Did Bill Clinton's bill not make it as far as Obama's has done?
